2. Use of the website by You
2.1. All material on the website belongs to TV Connections or its contributors. 3.2. TV Connections expressly reserves the right to request that any link in breach of these terms be removed and to take whatever other action it deems appropriate.

TV Connections reserves the right to post, from time to time, additional terms and conditions that apply to specific parts of the website. Such additional terms and conditions will be posted in the relevant parts of the website, and will be clearly identified. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to comply with these additional terms and conditions.
5. Additional Rules
5.1. You acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk. The service is provided "as is," and to the extent permitted by applicable law, TV Connections and its affiliates hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral, in writing or in electronic form, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained therein or provided by the service.
5.2. TV Connections and its affiliates do not represent or warrant that access to the service will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses will be transmitted on the service.
5.3. Save for the provisions of the following clause TV Connections and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the website, including for viruses alleged to have been obtained from the website, your use of or reliance on the service or any of the information or materials available on the service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The information that you provide about yourself to TV Connections will only be used by TV Connections in accordance with its privacy policy.
7. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts as regards any claim or matter arising under these terms and conditions.
7.2. For the exclusive benefit of TV Connections, TV Connections shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence.
8. General
8.1. These terms and conditions are the complete and entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior terms, conditions or agreements, whether written or oral.
8.2. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3. Failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
9. Shipping Costs
Product shipping cost differs from product to product and region to region. We will inform you of the shipping costs before any financial transaction takes place.
10. Important Information
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
11. Insurance
TV Connections insures with limitations each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
12. Taxes For Orders
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and you will be informed of these costs before any financial transaction takes place. BE VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within Belgium.
13. How To Make A Return
Products featured on TV Connections are sourced from suppliers all over the world you will need to contact us to discuss your return requirements. Email us at estore@tvconnections.eu - You will be contacted by a member of our team who will give you a returns number and details of where you need to send your products.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
14. Receiving A Refund
All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account and exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
15. Important Information
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return number.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
16. Late Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of your returns request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of TV Connections. Please note that returns numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
